Frequently Asked Questions

Our posters are available in Digital (HD file), A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), A2 (42 × 59.4 cm), and A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm).

We use a Premium Uncoated 200 gsm art paper with a matte finish, ideal for framing. As part of an ecological approach, we have chosen to print your posters locally, in your country of residence, thus limiting transport and favoring local craftsmanship.

Each poster is protected with acid-free tissue paper, then placed in a premium rigid cardboard tube to ensure damage-free delivery.

Physical posters are printed to order. Allow 3-5 business days for production and 3-7 days for delivery. Shipping is FREE on physical orders over 50 € (digital products have no shipping fees).

Since Veloce prints each piece to order and bespoke, we do not accept returns for simple changes of mind. However, we provide an "Intact Archive" guarantee: if your poster arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement immediately at no cost. Contact us at exfra.contact@gmail.com.
